The Society of State Leaders of Health and Physical Education invites organizations to sponsor our 100th Year Celebration and 2026 Annual Fall Meeting. This event brings together 20–35 state education agency leaders, partners, and colleagues in health and physical education. 

Potential sponsorship opportunities based on levels include: 

• Present for up to five minutes during the Fall Meeting on October 13, 2026  

• Recognition on the Society website with a link to your organization’s website  

• Acknowledgment in Fall Meeting visual materials 

• Exhibit table at the Fall Meeting 

• Sponsors are invited to actively participate in the meeting components as a registered meeting attendee  

• Note that the Fall Meeting sponsorship does not include an annual membership to the Society of State Leaders of Health and Physical Education

The Membership Orientation is a welcoming gathering designed for new (and not-so-new) members of The Society of State Leaders of Health and Physical Education to learn, connect, and begin to feel at home in this professional community. Orientation brings together faces of seasoned and new members to build relationships, share insights, and strengthen the collective impact of The Society’s work.

Please join us on Thursday, September 3 from 1:00 to 1:45 p.m. (Eastern). The first 30 minutes will provide an overview of the Society and the remaining 15 minutes or so will be for Q & A and a meet and greet among members, including available leadership members.
