![]() Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and White House officials unveiled the Obama Administration's National HIV/AIDS Strategy on July 13th 2010, the first comprehensive national plan to address the domestic HIV/AIDS epidemic since the first cases of AIDS were recognized nearly three decades ago.
